To prepare frozen chicken momo, you will typically need to steam them. To do this, fill a pot with water and bring it to a boil. Then, place the momo in a steamer basket and set it over the pot, making sure the momo are not touching the water. Cover the pot with a lid and steam the momo for about 10-15 minutes, or until they are fully cooked and the filling is hot and juicy. Frozen chicken momo can also be pan-fried or deep-fried for a crispy texture. To pan-fry, heat a small amount of oil in a non-stick pan and place the momo in the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy. To deep-fry, heat oil in a deep fryer or heavy-bottomed pot to 350°F (180°C) and carefully place the momo in the hot oil. Fry for 2-3 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
