Terms of Service

By using evaly.com.bd you agree to these Terms. Evaly Bangladesh Ltd. provides an online marketplace; orders are fulfilled by independent sellers listed on the platform. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable Bangladeshi law.

Orders & payment

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Cash on Delivery is the only payment methodcurrently supported. Buyers must verify items at delivery before paying. Once an order is marked delivered and paid, the sale is complete subject to the refund policy below.

Seller responsibilities

Sellers must:

• List accurate product information, prices, stock, and condition.
• Sell only items they legally own and have the right to sell.
• Provide after-sales support and honour the platform return window.
• Pay their monthly subscription fee on time; unpaid accounts are deactivated.

Prohibited use

You may not use Evaly to sell counterfeit goods, regulated items without a permit, or anything that violates Bangladeshi law. Bot-driven account creation, scraping, or any attempt to overload the platform will result in immediate suspension.

Liability

Evaly acts as a marketplace operator. We are not the seller of record for items listed by third parties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any single order is capped at the order's total value.

Changes

We may update these terms; significant changes will be notified by email and in your account. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
