Shipping Information
Nationwide Cash on Delivery, with managed courier pickup from every district. Delivery times and fees below.
Delivery times
- Inside Dhaka: next day for most orders placed before 4 PM.
- Major cities (Chattogram, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barishal, Mymensingh): 2–3 days.
- Other districts: 3–5 days.
Delivery fees
- Dhaka: ৳60 per parcel.
- Outside Dhaka: ৳120 per parcel.
- Cash on Delivery: no extra charge.
Payment
We launch with Cash on Delivery only. Pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives — inspect the box with the courier before handing over payment.
Tracking
Once a seller hands your order over to the courier we add the waybill number on the order detail page. Open My Orders to follow status, or paste your order ID into Track order.
Failed delivery
Couriers attempt delivery twice. If both attempts fail (no answer, address wrong, COD declined) we cancel the order and restock the inventory. You can simply re-order — no penalty.
