- Delivery addresses you save or enter at checkout.
- Order history — what you bought, when, and from which seller.
- Reviews you write, including the photos you attach.
- Device & session info — IP address, user-agent, login timestamps — used for fraud detection and account security.
How we use it
- To fulfil your orders and deliver them to your address.
- To send you transactional emails (order confirmations, OTPs, payout updates).
- To detect fraud and protect your account.
- Aggregate, de-identified analytics to improve the platform.
Who we share with
The minimum needed for the transaction:
- The seller of an item — their order's delivery name, phone, and address.
- Courier partners — same delivery information, for shipping only.
- Cloud infrastructure providers (Cloudflare, hosting, email) under data-processing agreements.
We do not sell your data to advertisers or list brokers.
Your rights
You can request to export or delete your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond within 30 days.

Evaly is intended for users 18+. If you become aware that a minor has created an account, please email [email protected] and we'll remove it.
